Full body: what the package includes and who it suits
"Full body" is our name for a package of the six most requested areas: full legs, Hollywood (full bikini plus the perianal area), belly line, toes, upper lip and underarms. In other words, everything people usually shave, in one visit.
The package is for those who have already decided: no more shaving piece by piece. When areas are treated separately, each has its own schedule, its own visits and its own bill. In the package the whole body runs as one course: one booking, one hair growth schedule under the specialist's eye and one price per visit.
The price difference is real: the six areas separately cost 8600 Kč per session, the package 5700 Kč. But the main benefit is elsewhere: you come once every 4-5 weeks and leave smooth everywhere, not "just the legs for now".

How many
How many sessions does the full body take?
As a guide, 6 to 10 sessions. Areas respond to the laser differently: underarms and bikini usually clear faster, legs and the upper lip hold on longer. So by the end of the course some areas are already clear and the rest get 1-2 more visits.
Nobody can name the exact number in advance: hair growth depends on hormones, on the upper lip especially. The specialist checks your skin at every visit and adjusts power and spacing for each area separately, even though you come in once.
The session
How the session works
The first step is a free consultation. We check your skin, ask about your health and any contraindications, and do a test flash to set a power level that's comfortable for you.
The session itself uses a hybrid laser (alexandrite, diode and neodymium) with contact cooling, which takes the edge off most of the sensation even in delicate areas. The time depends on the area: small zones take around 15 minutes, large ones up to an hour. Your first visit takes a little longer, as it includes the consultation and test flash.
Preparation
How to prepare for the session
Shave the legs, bikini, belly line, toes and underarms the day before or on the day with a razor: no wax, sugaring or tweezers, the root must stay in place. Stop waxing 3-4 weeks before the course.
Do not shave the upper lip: the specialist trims facial hair on the spot. Come with clean, dry skin, no creams, oils or deodorant, they get in the way of the flash.
No sun or tanning beds for two weeks before the visit. Full preparation is covered in the article; for the package it is the same as for each area.
Aftercare
What to do after the session
For a few hours the skin may feel warm and look pink, with small bumps around the hairs in places. A normal reaction, gone by the evening. Apply panthenol at home.
For the first 1-2 days skip the sauna, pool, hot baths and hard workouts; for 1-2 weeks skip scrubs and acids. Wear loose cotton underwear the first days and do not rub the treated areas with a washcloth.
In 5-10 days the hairs start shedding in all areas at once. You do not need to do anything with them; between sessions, razor only.
Your schedule
When to come for the next session
All areas run as one course, so there is one date for the next visit. The first three sessions are 4-5 weeks apart, then the gap grows as hair growth slows down.
Towards the end of the course the areas are not always in the growth phase at the same time: some have almost no hair, others are still growing. Then we adjust the visit: move it a week later and wait for the growth phase in the other areas. If the gap between areas reaches two weeks or more, in individual cases we split the visit in two.

What exactly is included in "Full body"?+
Full legs, Hollywood (full bikini and the perianal area), belly line, toes, upper lip and underarms. Six areas in one visit. Arms, back and the full abdomen are not included and can be added separately.
How long does a visit take?+
60-120 minutes, depending on how much hair there is and how many areas we treat this time. Allow extra time for the first visit.
Does treating the whole body at once hurt?+
It varies by area: legs and underarms are easy, bikini and the lip are more sensitive. Contact cooling takes the heat out of the flash and the specialist sets the power for each area separately. You can take a break between areas at any time.
Is the package better value than separate areas?+
Yes: 5700 Kč per visit versus 8600 Kč if you book the same six areas separately. Plus one visit instead of six and one schedule.
Can I swap an area in the package?+
The set is fixed, that is what makes the price. If you do not need one of the areas, we price the ones you need separately and compare what works out better. Extra areas (arms, back, abdomen) can be added to the visit at list price.
