We start with a free consultation: we look at your skin and hair, do a test flash and tell you roughly how many sessions you'll need.
In touch through the course
We stay in touch throughout the course and help you track your active hair growth, so we can time the next session right. That's how we get the most out of laser hair removal.
Ongoing support
After the course we don't disappear: we advise on aftercare and remind you about an occasional maintenance visit every few months, to keep your skin smooth.

Laser hair removal - common questions
Does laser hair removal hurt?+
It's very bearable. Most of our clients describe a mild warmth and a light snap rather than pain. We use a hybrid laser with contact cooling that spans a broadband range, including diode and alexandrite wavelengths, so even sensitive areas like the bikini line and underarms feel calm. At your free test flash you'll feel the sensation yourself before committing to a course.
How many sessions do I need?+
Usually 6-10 sessions, every 5-8 weeks. Hair grows in cycles and the laser only affects actively growing roots, so it takes a course rather than a single visit. The exact number depends on the area, your hair and skin; we'll set it at your free consultation after a skin check.
Is laser hair removal permanent?+
Honestly, no laser is truly permanent, and anyone who promises that is bending the truth. A course gives a long-lasting reduction: what's left is sparse, fine and light, with a maintenance session every few months. That stable, real result is what makes it worth it.
How do I prepare?+
Shave the area with a razor the day before, so the root stays in the skin. Avoid sun, sunbeds and self-tan for two weeks before and after. Don't pluck or wax between sessions, as the laser needs the root. We'll send full guidance before your visit.
Who is it not suitable for?+
Pregnancy and breastfeeding, a fresh tan, certain skin conditions and light-sensitising medication. Blond, grey and red hair respond poorly, as they hold little pigment. We check everything at your free consultation so the course is safe.
What languages do you speak?+
English, Czech and Russian. Our clients come from many different nationalities, so you'll be comfortable in your own language.
