Hollywood: what the area covers and who it suits
Hollywood is two areas in one session: the deep bikini (the whole area at the front and between the legs) and the perianal area (the crease at the back). The entire intimate area, with nothing left over.
Most people who book Hollywood have already tried doing it in parts. A strip of hair is left between the treated areas, and you end up shaving it blind anyway - which is exactly where shaving causes ingrown hairs and irritation. On top of that, two visits instead of one, and the growth cycles of the two areas drift apart.
The price difference is small but real: the deep bikini and the perianal area booked separately come to 2550 Kc, together they are 2400 Kc. The main gain is not the money though: the whole area runs on one schedule and is finished in a single visit.

How many
How many laser hair removal sessions do you need?
Expect 6 to 10 sessions. Both parts respond well: the hair here is dark and dense, which is exactly what the laser works on best.
Nobody can name the exact number in advance: hair growth in the intimate area is noticeably tied to hormones. We track your growth cycle and set the intervals so you get the most out of the fewest sessions, with the whole area progressing evenly.
The session
How the session works
The first step is a free consultation. We check your skin, ask about your health and any contraindications, and do a test flash to set a power level that's comfortable for you.
The session itself uses a hybrid laser (diode + alexandrite) with contact cooling, which takes the edge off most of the sensation even in delicate areas. The time depends on the area: small zones take around 15 minutes, large ones up to an hour. Your first visit takes a little longer, as it includes the consultation and test flash.
Preparation
How to prepare for your session
Shave the whole area the day before or on the day of your visit - not with wax, sugaring or tweezers: the root has to stay in place. Drop waxing entirely 3 to 4 weeks beforehand.
Come with clean, dry skin, without creams, oils or powders, they get in the way of the flash. If your session falls on your period, move it by a couple of days: skin is more sensitive then.

Aftercare
What to do after the session
For a few hours the skin may feel warm and look red, sometimes with small bumps around the follicles - a normal reaction that settles within a day. Wear loose cotton underwear for the first day or two.
Skip the sauna, the pool, hot baths and high-friction sport for 2 to 3 days, and scrubs and harsh skincare for 1 to 2 weeks.
After a few days the treated hairs start to fall out on their own - do not pull them and do not scrub the area, let them go.

The next session is usually 5 weeks or more later. Hollywood has one practical advantage: the whole area runs on a single schedule, so there are no two separate dates to keep track of.
