People book it this way more often than in parts, for a simple reason. Treat only the forearms and a visible line is left at the elbow: smooth below, not above. On lighter skin that line stands out more than the hair did before the course.
There is money in it too: 2600 Kc against 2800 Kc for the two booked separately. And a visit saved, since both parts are done in one sitting.

How many
How many laser hair removal sessions do you need?
Expect 6 to 10 sessions. The parts of the arm do not move at the same pace though: forearms usually finish sooner because the hair is darker, and the upper arms catch up later.
That is normal and does not mean the course is dragging. Towards the end we often work only on the upper arms and simply check the forearms.
The session
How the session works
The first step is a free consultation. We check your skin, ask about your health and any contraindications, and do a test flash to set a power level that's comfortable for you.
The session itself uses a hybrid laser (alexandrite, diode and neodymium) with contact cooling, which takes the edge off most of the sensation even in delicate areas. The time depends on the area: small zones take around 15 minutes, large ones up to an hour. Your first visit takes a little longer, as it includes the consultation and test flash.
Preparation
How to prepare for your session
Shave both arms fully the day before or on the day of your visit. Drop wax and epilators 3 to 4 weeks beforehand.
Two weeks without sun or tanning beds. Arms tan without you noticing: even the commute in summer leaves a light tan, and that lowers the power we can safely use.

Aftercare
What to do after the session
The skin will be warm and red for a few hours. No sauna, pool or training for the first two days.
Sun and tanning beds are out for two weeks, with SPF on bare arms. In summer that is the main point: arms are exposed nearly all the time.
The hairs start coming out after a few days and shed on their own.

When to book the next session
The whole arm runs on one schedule, so there are no two dates to keep track of.
The gap is usually 6 weeks or more: we go by the upper arms, since they grow back later than the forearms.
