What the stomach area covers
We treat the stomach as a whole: from the lower edge of the pecs to the underwear line, including the sides and the trail from the navel down. The chest is a separate area, easy to do in the same visit.
In men, stomach hair often runs in a strip from the chest and disappears under the belt. You can shave it, but after a couple of days the stubble prickles, the waistband rubs the skin, and the razor leaves ingrown hairs. More about them in the article does laser help with ingrown hairs.
The laser works on the root: with every session hair grows back sparser and finer, and you need to shave less and less often.

How many
How many sessions you need for the stomach
As a guide, 6 to 10 sessions. Men's stomach hair is uneven: denser along the trail, finer on the sides. So towards the end of the course we work spot by spot.

The session
How the session works
The first step is a free consultation. We check your skin, ask about your health and any contraindications, and do a test flash to set a power level that's comfortable for you.
The session itself uses a hybrid laser (alexandrite, diode and neodymium) with contact cooling, which takes the edge off most of the sensation even in delicate areas. The time depends on the area: small zones take around 15 minutes, large ones up to an hour. Your first visit takes a little longer, as it includes the consultation and test flash.
Preparation
How to prepare
Shave your stomach the day before. Stop waxing and epilators 3-4 weeks before: the hair root has to stay in place.
No strong sun or tanning beds for two weeks before the treatment. Come with clean skin, no cream.
Aftercare
What to do after the treatment
The skin on the stomach is thinner than on the back, so redness can be more noticeable here. It usually goes within a few hours.
For the first 1-2 days skip the gym, sauna, pool and hot baths, and especially ab exercises: sweat and friction from the waistband irritate treated skin. No tanning for two weeks. The hairs start coming out after 5-10 days, and the whole process takes 1-3 weeks.

The first three sessions 4-5 weeks apart, then the interval grows. If you are also doing the chest, we treat both areas together in one visit.

Yes, we treat the stomach as a whole, including the trail from the navel down. If you only want the happy trail, there is a separate area for 1 000 Kč.
Does it hurt on the stomach?+
The skin here is more sensitive than on the back, but the handpiece cools it with every flash, and we set the power to your skin and hair.
Can I do my chest and stomach at once?+
Yes, in one visit. Together they make the "Chest + stomach" area: 3 200 Kč instead of 3 400 Kč separately. All prices are in the men's price list.
When can I do ab workouts again?+
