How many
How many sessions you need for the forearms
As a guide, 6 to 10 sessions. Forearms respond better than the arm above the elbow, because the hair here is darker.
The session
How the session works
The first step is a free consultation. We check your skin, ask about your health and any contraindications, and do a test flash to set a power level that's comfortable for you.
The session itself uses a hybrid laser (alexandrite, diode and neodymium) with contact cooling, which takes the edge off most of the sensation even in delicate areas. The time depends on the area: small zones take around 15 minutes, large ones up to an hour. Your first visit takes a little longer, as it includes the consultation and test flash.
Preparation
How to prepare
Shave your forearms the day before, with a razor or a trimmer set to zero. Stop waxing and epilators 3-4 weeks before. No strong sun or tanning beds for two weeks before the visit: arms are the first to tan.
Aftercare
What to do after the treatment
For a few hours the skin may be warm and red.
For the first 1-2 days skip the gym, sauna, pool and hot baths. Protect your arms from the sun for two weeks, with SPF cream on bare skin. The hairs start coming out after 5-10 days, and the whole process takes 1-3 weeks.

Are the hands and fingers included?+
There is no separate area for the hands. If there is hair there too, tell us at the consultation and we will look on the spot.
Is it better value to do forearms or full arms?+
Forearms only - 1 900 Kč, full arms from shoulder to wrist - 2 800 Kč.
I have a tattoo on my forearm. Is that a problem?+
No. We cover the tattoo with a pad that blocks the beam and work around it with a 1-1.5 cm margin.
Does it hurt?+
It is bearable: the skin on the forearm is dense, and the handpiece cools it with every flash.
